1. Acceptance

By accessing this website or using our public tools you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Commercial services are governed by separate service agreements.

  • Our network tools are provided free of charge for legitimate network operations, research and education.
  • You must not use automated means to query the tools at a rate that degrades the service, attempt to bypass rate limits, or use the tools to plan or support attacks on any network.
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its infrastructure.

3. Accuracy of information

Routing, registry and measurement data shown by our tools is derived from third-party and public sources and may be incomplete or delayed. It is provided “as is” without warranty, and should not be the sole basis for operational decisions.

The Peer1IX name, logo, website design and content are owned by Infivate Networks Private Limited. You may not reproduce them without permission, except for fair quotation with attribution.

5. Limitation of liability

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
