Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Services can be cancelled in writing according to the notice period and minimum term in your order form. Charges apply until the end of the notice period or committed term, whichever is later.

Refunds

One-time charges for work already performed (such as installation and cross-connects) are non-refundable. Where we are unable to deliver an ordered service, any advance paid for that service will be refunded within 30 days.

Billing disputes

Raise billing disputes within 30 days of the invoice date at [email protected]. Undisputed amounts remain payable on time.
